Abstract

Purpose : The purpose of this study was to analyze the strategies of clinical practice in each subject and identify strategies for effective clinical practice and to improve the quality of clinical practice education of nursing students
Methods : The 60 participants were interviewed and from the content of the interviews, their strategies to improve clinical practice was analyzed. Statements were categorized and analyzed according to the selected procedure.
Results : 3themes and 9 categories 38 sentences were confirmed. The details of the linkage with the first practical course and the practical training were confirmed by linking with learning outcomes, application of core basic nursing skills, and communication. Second clinical practice management strategy include practice orientation, cooperation with field practice leaders, core nursing technician evaluation, and practice regulation. Finally, improvement of clinical practice management is considered as a supplementary point of detailed inadequate practical course evaluation and clinical practice.
Conclusion : The results of this study suggest that it is necessary to make full use of the results of this study as a method to increase understanding and interest in clinical practice and to maximize the effectiveness of clinical practice education so that clinical practice is more systematic and satisfying nursing students.
